The e-Syariah online application refers to filing an application or checking a case status through the e-Syariah system, without needing to visit the court counter in person at the early stage. It aims to make things easier for parties who live far from the court.

In real cases, applicants typically use the system to check hearing dates, upload supporting documents, or file certain application types that the relevant state allows. Physical attendance is still required for sessions such as sulh mediation or trial.

Not every case type or every state allows a full online application, so applicants should first check which services are available at the specific Syariah Court.
