e-Syariah: the online system for Syariah cases

e-Syariah is the online system JKSM maintains to make dealing with the Syariah Court easier. Through it, you can check a case status, get hearing date information, and in some states, file certain applications.

For example, after you file a fasakh or maintenance application at the court counter, you can use e-Syariah to track its progress without attending in person every time.

e-Syariah’s features differ slightly by state, since each Syariah Court manages its own case database. Check with your state court counter for what is available.
