No confirmed fast-track, so Majlis Sulh comes first
No branded fast-track process is confirmed for a mutual-consent cerai talaq in Perak, unlike Selangor or the Federal Territories. Every case, agreed or contested, starts with a Majlis Sulh session at the relevant court.[2]
If you and your husband settle at this stage, the agreement is recorded formally and the case can conclude without a full trial. If Sulh does not resolve it, the case moves to a hearing at that same court.
