Where is the Syariah court for Pekan?

The Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Pekan sits at 26600 Pekan, a separate building from the court complex in Kuantan.^[1] It hears cases for residents of Pekan district on its own, without routing routine filings through the state capital.

Pekan falls under the Kuantan seat of Pahang’s Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah, along with Kuantan, Rompin and Muadzam Shah.^[2] That grouping only matters if a claim needs to move up a level.
