e-Syariah Case Status Check: how it works

e-Syariah case status check is an online service that lets you track your case’s progress at the Syariah Court without going to the counter in person.

You need your case number and identification details to log in or run a search. The system shows the next hearing date, the stage of proceedings, and sometimes a brief outcome.

For example, after you file a fasakh application, you can check whether a Sulh session date has been set, or whether the case has been scheduled for full trial.

Not every state offers the same level of e-Syariah access, so if the system does not show your case, contact the court counter directly using your case number.
