Access Order (Perintah Akses)

An access order is a court direction that sets out the right of the parent without custody to visit, contact or spend time with their child.

The law allows access on reasonable terms, even when custody sits with the other parent.^[1]

In real cases, the order can include a visitation schedule, how contact happens, and sometimes conditions like needing consent before taking the child abroad.

If access is blocked without reason, the affected parent can apply to the court to enforce it.
