Full Trial: when a divorce case reaches this stage

Full trial is the stage of Syariah Court proceedings when a case cannot be resolved through Sulh, and both sides present evidence and argument before a judge.

Cases that reach this stage usually involve a dispute, such as a husband contesting fasakh, or a couple disagreeing over property or custody.

During a full trial, witnesses may be called to give evidence, and each side can submit documents before the judge reaches a decision.
