The Syariah Court Registrar is the officer who handles case registration, filing and the court’s administrative matters, not the person who decides your case.

You usually deal with the registrar when filing a divorce application, submitting documents, or checking your case status.

In real cases, the registrar can help check that your forms are complete before the case is sent to a Hakim Syarie to be heard.

Counter hours and procedures can vary a little from one state court to another.
