Khuluk (redemption divorce paid with iwadh)

Khuluk is a way for a wife to redeem herself from the marriage by paying iwadh to the husband. It differs from fasakh because the husband’s agreement is needed, though the court decides the iwadh amount if the couple cannot agree.
