Cerai Taklik: when a husband breaks his marriage promise

Taklik is a promise the husband reads after the marriage contract, usually about a duty such as providing maintenance or not leaving his wife for a set period. Cerai taklik happens when the husband breaks that promise.

For example, if the taklik says the husband cannot leave his wife without maintenance for more than four months, and this happens, the wife can apply to the court to confirm the breach and obtain a divorce on that basis.
