Nusyuz Evidence (Bukti Nusyuz)

Nusyuz evidence is what a husband needs to present when he claims his wife defied him without lawful reason, since that claim can end her right to maintenance.^[1]

This evidence usually includes communication records, witnesses, or details of specific incidents showing the alleged defiance.

In real cases, the wife also gets the chance to bring her own evidence showing a lawful reason, such as her safety or the husband failing to provide a home.

The court weighs both sides before making a finding of nusyuz.
