BSK, or Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga, is the unit that helps enforce maintenance orders against an ex-husband or father who stops paying.^[1] It works alongside the court process rather than replacing it.

For example, if your ex-husband has a child maintenance order but stops paying after a few months, BSK can help trace and enforce payment, alongside any arrears claim you file yourself.

Each state runs its own BSK channel under that state’s Syariah court, so the way you reach it and the forms used can differ slightly.
